The technician was extremely polite and very respectful. He discussed others services offered like mosquito control and more. Then he explained exactly what he was going to do around my home and waited for my approval before getting started. When he was done he checked back with me to make sure that I didn’t want or need anything else. He was very professional and a really good person.

Ethan serviced our house this morning. He texted us to let us know he was on the way and showed up on time and ready to go. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and described the service he was about to perform. After he was finished he informed us of his inspection and service and answered all our questions and concerns. We were very pleased with our first service from Specter.

Ivan P did a great job treating our home today. He listened to all my concerns then went above and beyond when it came to details around our house. For example, taking down spider webs which I really appreciate. Thanks Ivan! I highly recommend this company for your pest control needs.
